Agnes Christine Katschner participated in the printmaking course „Etching“ led by Henriette Leinfellner in the artists' village of Neumarkt an der Raab from July 7th to 11th, 2025.
The course focused on etching as an artistic printmaking technique. Drawings and structures are transferred to printing plates and printed onto paper using the intaglio printing process. This technique offers diverse possibilities for the design of lines, surfaces, and tonal values.
Henriette Leinfellner is a visual artist and has been teaching in the field of graphic design and printmaking at the University of Applied Arts Vienna since 1990.
